Bulk download — grab the whole United States or a single state, county, or ZIP as Parquet or CSV, free and CC0. Best for analysis over many properties at once.

Live API — every row carries an id that's a live endpoint on Straply, for one-property lookups and always-current data.

A practical tip

For reproducibility, note the release date in each filename (the "as of" snapshot) and cite the CC0 license. The nested history columns in Parquet let you study price changes over time.
